In the shower or bath, take a generous amount of the body scrub and apply it to your damp skin. Start with a small amount and gradually add more as needed. Focus on one area at a time, such as your arms, legs, or torso.
Using gentle circular motions, massage the scrub into your skin. Apply a moderate amount of pressure to effectively exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. Take extra care on rough or dry areas, such as elbows, knees, and heels.
Once you have thoroughly exfoliated your entire body, rinse off the scrub with warm water. Ensure that all the scrub particles are completely removed from your skin.
After rinsing, gently pat your skin dry with a towel. Follow up with a nourishing body lotion or our Dry Oil to replenish moisture and lock in hydration. This step will leave your skin feeling soft, smooth, and rejuvenated.

This body oil is formulated for the body, it is not recommended for use on the face. For external use only. Use caution on damaged or broken skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
